Great news! Beginning Monday, October 14th, Aetna will no longer require medical questionnaires (IMQs) for groups with 10+ subscribers. Keep in mind this date represents the date a quote is submitted to Aetna, and applies regardless of a groups effective date.

IMQs will continue to be required for:

• CT groups currently fully insured 2-9
• All Start-up / Virgin groups
• Groups 2-4 currently level funded

Reminder: Simple and Easy New Business Credits

$400 is the standard new business credit for all groups with 2 – 100 employees. In addition groups can qualify for level-funded incumbent and bundling credits as well. See details in the AFA Admin Credit Flyer.
